Our cybersecurity services are advisory in nature. While we provide recommendations based on industry best practices, we cannot guarantee complete protection against all cyber threats. The effectiveness of security measures depends on many factors, including your consistent application of recommendations.
Our services are intended for personal use and do not constitute enterprise-grade security solutions. Businesses and organizations should seek appropriate commercial security services.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prime Egret or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use of educational materials provided during our services is permitted.
Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement or at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Refunds may be available for services not yet rendered. Once a consultation or assessment has begun, refunds are at our discretion based on the portion of service completed.
We treat all client information as confidential. Information gathered during assessments and consultations will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
You agree to treat any proprietary methodologies, tools, or documentation we provide as confidential and not to share them with third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Prime Egret shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or security breaches that occur despite following our recommendations.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Egret, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your misuse of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
